Airbnb Experiences

Airbnb Experiences is one of the most innovative expansions of the Airbnb platform, connecting travelers with locals who offer unique, hand-crafted experiences that go far beyond sightseeing. As an Airbnb Experiences Ambassador across both the United States and Turkey, we worked on the ground to grow and maintain the quality of the Experiences ecosystem in both markets.

The role spanned the full host journey: from identifying and recruiting new hosts with the potential to create standout experiences, to training and onboarding them onto the platform, to reviewing experiences for quality and ensuring every listing met Airbnb's standards for authenticity and excellence. Operating across two culturally distinct markets required both a sharp eye for what makes an experience truly compelling and the interpersonal skills to bring new hosts into the community with confidence.
