ETL Records

ETL Records is an independent record label with a rich roster of artists spanning multiple genres and markets. As General Manager of ETL Records' USA branch, we led the label's international operations end to end, overseeing artist management, A&R and talent development, distribution and licensing, marketing and promotion, and the day-to-day administrative operations that keep a label running at its best.

At the heart of the role was leading international projects with a diverse roster of artists, including Davide Dalmonte and Rana Turkyilmaz: managing their careers across borders and ensuring their music reached the right audiences in the right markets.
