Codesmith

Codesmith is a New York-based technology school specializing in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning: training the next generation of engineers and AI practitioners through intensive, immersive programs. We worked with Codesmith on project management, supporting the smooth running of the school's operations across program and curriculum coordination, student relations, and day-to-day administrative management.

The role required keeping multiple moving parts in sync: ensuring programs ran on schedule, students had the support they needed throughout their journey, and operations ran efficiently behind the scenes. Working inside a fast-paced, technically demanding educational environment meant staying organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented at every stage. It is the kind of work that rarely gets the spotlight, but makes everything else possible.
